It was a beautiful late summer day, sunny, warm and with the promise of a beautiful sunset to come. In other words, it was a perfect day for a Hoyt Park Wedding in Madison WI. Steph and Jeff came together on this gorgeous day with their friends and family for a fun-filled celebration of love and the day did not disappoint in any way. I feel so honored to have been able to capture all the emotion and details of this beautiful day for them and to have documented the laughter, joy, love, tears, silliness and solemnity of all those gathered to celebrate this wonderful couple.

A golf cart, lawn games, custom beer koozies, rambunctious kids, great friends, loving family, enthusiastic dancing and an unbelievable sunset–this day had it all. I photographed the loving couple with their bow-tie adorned dogs, laughing with one another, loving one another and delighting in the company of all those who had come to celebrate their union. And I felt so lucky to have been trusted to do so. The beauty of the day was evident in all the smiles I saw around me, the love that clearly defined the day, the excitement of the bride and groom and the joy of all those celebrating this wonderful couple.
