I’m so happy to share this beautifully happy at home session not only because it’s so heartwarming and sweet, but also because it was the first real session I did here in Madison. It was such a wonderful way to get into the swing of things here, so full of love, hugs and smiles. A client’s home is such a wonderful place to do a session as it’s the physical-emotional center of a family’s life, it’s where the day-to-day happens, where families grow and change and really where our lives unfold. A family’s home is more than a backdrop for their photos, it’s a part of that family’s story and it feels so important to include it in their photos.

This session took place at the end of the summer and featured two fabulous kiddos, mom, dad and pup. I had a fantastic time shooting this session and I hope you enjoy looking at the result of our time together just as much!
